The POWER ENGINEERING is the largest exhibition project of the Volga Region dedicated to this subject, which offers its participants the unique opportunities for displaying and promoting the newest industry equipment, repair and up-dating technologies, for introducing the ‘know-how' technologies and for exchanging the experience of the domestic and foreign producing companies. Today the perspective of the energy engineering of the Volga Region is connected with the application of the resource- and energy-saving technologies, materials and equipment into different fields of economics and social life. 2007 Statistics:
Participants: 175 companies from 33 regions of Russian Federation and from 8 foreign countries of Europe and Asia (The Ukraine, Germany, Finland, Slovakia, Italy and others) participated in the exhibition of 2007. The major part of the market offers (65% of exhibitors) was within the field of the heating and heat-exchanging equipment, energy transmitting and distributing means, heat and electric energy measuring, control and automatic adjusting devices, power electronics, electrotechnical units and safety of equipment usage.
Visitors: More than 5700 people visited the exhibition, of whom there were 97% industry specialists – companies top-managers, chief engineers, chief technologists and production managers. The major part of the visitors (more than 70%) who paid a great attention to the exhibition, represented some large plants and factories of metal manufacture, oil and gas industry, electric installation and constructing companies.
